Delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum order value and no surcharge for heavy items or remote postcodes.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed by 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and delivery 2 - 5 days (Monday to Friday), so you receive your order within 3 - 7 days (Monday to Friday).

Orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked or DPD; larger and heavier boxes such as the 4-piece power tool kit and the tool chest go with DPD. You receive a tracking number by e-mail when your parcel is dispatched.

No. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.

You can return any item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange, and the return is free - we e-mail you a free prepaid return label. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel, and faulty items are always covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We refund your original payment method within 5 - 10 days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday) to show the credit.

Yes. Tell us which item you would like instead; exchanges are free and any price difference is refunded or charged to your original payment method.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. Our checkout uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see or store your full card number.

No. The price shown on the product page is the total price you pay, in pounds sterling, with free UK delivery.

Yes, free of charge at any time before dispatch - e-mail contact@vayden.shop with your order number. After dispatch you can return the order under our returns policy.

Contact us within a few days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We send a replacement or a full refund, and the return is free.

Yes. All Vayden 18V batteries and chargers fit every Vayden 18V cordless tool, so batteries from one kit also power the tools in another. They are not designed for tools from other makers.

Every cordless kit includes its batteries and a charger - the number and capacity (2.0 Ah or 4.0 Ah) are listed under In the box on each product page. Batteries are shipped part-charged for safety, so charge them fully before first use.

A combi drill drills holes in wood, metal and, with its hammer mode, masonry, and drives screws with an adjustable clutch. An impact driver adds rapid rotary impacts to drive long screws and bolts quickly without straining your wrist, but it does not drill into masonry. Our twin and 4-piece kits include both.

Power tool kits are sent by road within the UK with the batteries packed inside the kit as supplied, in line with carrier rules for lithium batteries. We never send them by air.

Each hand tool set has its own storage: a blow-moulded case for the socket set, a hard case for the household kit, a hinged box for the precision set, a canvas roll for the spanners and the steel chest itself for the tool chest kit.

No. All our tools are sold under our own Vayden name. Each product page lists the full specification so you can compare them with any other tool.
