3-Drawer Steel Tool Chest Kit with 186 Tools - Graphite

The graphite steel chest has a lift-up lid with a storage well and three ball-bearing drawers that run smoothly even when full, and each drawer comes filled with tools in foam trays: sockets and ratchets, combination spanners, screwdrivers, pliers and more. With every tool in its own shaped pocket you can see at once what is missing, and the front latch keeps the drawers closed when you move the chest.

Care

Wipe the tools clean and dry after use, especially after work on a car or outdoors, and put each one back in its own slot so nothing gets lost. A drop of light machine oil on the ratchet mechanisms once in a while keeps them smooth. Store the set in a dry place to protect the chrome finish, and replace any tool that is cracked or worn rather than continuing to use it.

Safety

Use the correct size of socket, spanner or bit for the fastener, and never extend a ratchet or spanner with a pipe or strike it with a hammer. Wear eye protection when working under a car or overhead. Keep the set out of reach of children; small parts can be a choking hazard. When working on a car, support it on axle stands - never only on a jack.
